This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be processed for transactions made on our loyalty and rewards technology platform.

Service Interruptions and Technical Issues Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Our services may be interrupted due to internet connectivity issues, service outages, power failures, cyber-attacks (including adware, malware, or computer viruses), system malfunctions, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. Digi Impex shall not be held liable for service interruptions caused by such circumstances.
By continuing to use our platform, you acknowledge and agree that Digi Impex will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from service interruptions due to factors beyond our control.

Temporary Service Suspensions
When our platform experiences temporary suspension due to technical issues, we will display notifications indicating the nature and expected duration of the interruption. Users are advised to remain logged in and not close their browser sessions during this period.
If services do not resume within the communicated timeframe, any pending transactions will be reviewed, and affected amounts will be credited to your account wallet within 24 hours.

Payment Processing Third-Party Payment Gateways
All deposit transactions made to your Digi Impex account using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other payment instruments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. These gateways operate under their own terms and conditions and have the authority to approve or decline transactions.
Digi Impex is not responsible for transaction denials or delays caused by third-party payment processors. In cases where transaction reversals occur, Digi Impex may process full or partial refunds after deducting applicable processing charges, if any. All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction.

PayHub Technology Platform
Digi Impex operates the PayHub platform, our proprietary API-based rewards orchestration technology. PayHub serves as the underlying infrastructure through which we deliver loyalty and rewards solutions to our clients and end-users. All rights, obligations, and liabilities described in this policy apply to Digi Impex as the operating entity, with PayHub functioning as the technical enablement layer.

Account Verification
Digi Impex conducts verification of user-provided information at registration and periodically thereafter. We communicate with users via email, SMS, and telephone for validation purposes.
If we are unable to successfully complete the verification process after reasonable attempts to contact you, Digi Impex reserves the right to suspend your account. In such cases, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable service charges) will be refunded to the original payment instrument used for deposits.

Changes to Services and Promotions
Digi Impex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offers, bonus programs, rewards campaigns, or platform features at any time without prior notice. In the event of such changes, Digi Impex's liability shall be limited to processing any earned rewards or applicable transaction fees, where relevant.

Refund Eligibility and Processing
The Company may, at its sole discretion, process refunds under the following circumstances:
1. Erroneous or Accidental Transactions (Funds Unutilized)If you have made an accidental or erroneous deposit, you may submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date.
Upon review, if the Company determines the request is legitimate and confirms that you have not utilized the deposited funds (i.e., the corresponding balance remains in your account), we will process the refund within 7 business days of request approval.

Important conditions:
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment instrument used for the transaction
  • Requests for alternative refund methods will not be accepted
  • GST or other applicable taxes collected on deposits will be remitted to tax authorities as required by law and cannot be refunded

2. Fraudulent Transactions (Funds Unutilized)In cases where a fraudulent transaction was made without your authorization and credited to another user's account where funds remain unutilized, you may report the incident and request a refund.
The Company will investigate such claims and, upon verification of the fraud and confirmation that the funds have not been utilized, will process the refund within 7 business days.

Important conditions:
  • You must provide supporting documentation (e.g., bank statements, police reports if applicable)
  • The refund will be processed only if the recipient account holds the corresponding balance
  • GST or other applicable taxes cannot be refunded
  • The Company may take action against accounts involved in fraudulent activity

3. Fraudulent Transactions (Funds Utilized)If a fraudulent transaction was made without your authorization and the funds have been utilized (whether in your account, another user's account, or through our platform), the Company will not process a direct refund.
In such cases, Digi Impex will:
  • Provide full cooperation to banks, financial institutions, and law enforcement agencies
  • Share all relevant user and transaction details as legally permitted
  • Support investigations conducted by appropriate authorities

Your primary recourse in these situations lies with the issuing bank or financial institution of your payment instrument.

Refund Processing Timeline
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval. However, the actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider's processing schedule, which is beyond Digi Impex's control.
Non-Refundable ItemsThe following are generally not eligible for refunds:
  • Service fees and transaction charges already incurred
  • Utilized rewards, points, or incentives
  • Promotional bonuses that have been redeemed
  • Subscriptions or services already rendered
